lol so I've been pretty dead to the world for awhile (at least on dA). I've been gone so long that most of my gallery make me frown! lol

Sooo~ Since the last time I've updated my journal (oh wow...11/2?! D8), I've already gone and seen Dir en grey in concert! C: They were amazing, and I must say I found a new love in Die *___* Die is probably my favorite now~ though Kyo was amazing too~

I've been pretty determined to finally try out Painter, but it figures that when I do get up the courage/time for it, I'm here without my tablet and laptop until July xD /dies

So instead of really drawing, I've been filling up my time with fanfics and new manga series (haha I know most of you will probably go "WTH FANFICS? D: TIME WASTER!"...but I'm hopelessly addicted to my SasuNaru xD /dies)

Good news is that I finally decided to catch up on anime I've put off watching. I got to ep 23 in Gurren Lagann! (haha I only have up to ep 23...) I started Geass but only on ep 4 (slow poke~~). Then I watched the FMA movie lol (which I actually really liked xD).

Okay okay, I'm not really THAT lame and focused all my energy on anime/manga XD. I watched Okuribito, which is a really good Japanese film about a man who "sends people off" C; (haha my vague summary..) It's really good -- don't get put off by any movie summary of it (my crappy one or ones you find on random movie databases xD)!
Also, I finallyyyyy watched Cape No. 7, which is an excellent Taiwanese film from 2008. It's probably the best Taiwanese film ever XD /dies. Ii-Chen Fan is amazing for his first-time acting and it included so much of Taiwanese culture that it really made me cry watching it! xD (lol shut up it was really good ;_; )

Mmn, what else~? I watched the Golden Melody Awards and laughed SO hard at Super Junior! xD They're actually not that bad but when they performed "Sorry, Sorry" -- I just laughed my ass off XDD /dies. Though still not a bad impression lol, I can probably accept them xD The fangirls' reactions toward them are truly hilarious haha.

Yes, my life kind of revolves around TV/computer when I'm not reading or taking driving lessons XD /dies.
I tried drawing traditionally (since that's all I have here xD), but for some reason all that drive to draw a scene I read in a fanfic (lol.../dies) or what someone suggested escapes me once I put my pencil to paper. Semi-art block? xD

I attempted to break it last night though -- when I went to keep my mom company while she did pretty much 13 hrs overtime for her job (only supposed to be 6 hrs overtime xD). So I'll post that piece of paper (didn't even fill it up! /shame) as a scrap~ It's done in black ball-point? since that's all mom had in her cabinet at work xD /dies

Gonna submit 2 deviations I did around May-June just to show some sort of progress/work since the RoxasSora pic I drew for Axe. Though I would say...they're both not as good as the RoxasSora xDD /dies.
Really hatin' on my art now.../whinewhinewhine xDD

Hopefully you guy'll still somewhat enjoy them though. Maybe. xD If you even take the time to go look at them, I'll be really appreciative of that! 8D
